DEED RESTRICTIONS:
There will be fines imposed to repeat offenders. The first fine will be $25.00, the second will be $50.00, and from then on will be $100.00. The proper time to place any item at your curb is the night before trash pickup or the morning of trash pickup. Park Pointe’s trash pickup days are on Tuesdays and Fridays. Nothing should be left at the curb over the weekend. As soon as it is convenient, please pick up your trashcans so they won’t be run over by passing cars. These fines are not just for trash bags at curbs, but will include all violations such as basketball goals improperly stored, window coverings, lawn maintenance, and pets.

BASKETBALL GOALS:
Basketball goals may be anchored in concrete and installed at least 6 feet from your garage. Portable goals are permitted, but must be properly anchored and in good repair and not weighted down by tires, sandbags, iron or concrete weights, bricks or any other objects. If the goals are placed next to your curb for street play, once the game is completed the goal must be removed from the street and stored at least 10 feet from the curb. The goals may not remain in the street overnight.

LAWNS:
Park Pointe residents should mow their front yard at least once every 7-8 days in the summer depending on growth. Some yards need grooming every weekend depending on watering cycles. In the winter it should be maintained once every 2-3 weeks. All dead grass should be removed and replaced with new grass.

VEHICLES:
No boats, boat riggings, motor homes, trailers of any type, bus, campers, inoperative vehicles not moved for more than three consecutive days shall be parked or kept in the streets. Street parking must not interfere with traffic, especially emergency vehicles. As a courtesy to your neighbors, please do not park vehicles on your lawn.
