Cell Phone Cam
Everyone has a Cell Phone and most of them will take pictures.
As you go about your daily business in Park Point and notice some vandals just whip out your Cell Phone and take their picture.
The kids pay no attention to Cell Phones and tend to keep on doing what they’re doing as attested to by our first photo.
